Mo Bistro x Flavor Republic
In time, things get old and innovation must take place in order to grow. Over the past year, Flavor Republic has been working closely with Mo Bistro for a brand and experience facelift. The purpose of the project was to create a more casual and welcoming approach, through the development of a menu design, plating direction, experience and look & feel concept.
Pioneering the hospitality sector in Egypt’s restaurant scene in 2002 with the introduction of Cafe Mo, now known as Mo Bistro. Mohamed Abd El Hak's vision was to elevate consumer standards by providing appetizing food, rich taste and exclusive quality. Abd El Hak is notable for his passion in delivering and his tremendous success with Mo Bistro. However in the face of intense competition, and rapidly changing consumer needs and preferences, Mohamed reached out to Flavor Republic to revamp his brand in the existing restaurants and to start fresh in a new space and environment. His agile nature and commitment to bringing innovative dining concepts is reflective of his guiding principal, which places the customer at the front of his brand. With their expertise in the market, Flavor Republic were hired as consultants, leading and guiding the creative process and collaborating with The Brand Bees. Together the three parties joined forces and worked on translating Mo’s vision for delivering impeccable food and dynamic flavors into a space that spoke character, Mo’s character.
With two solid partnerships with Art of Form for the interior and ETTC for the tableware, we’re excited and happy to reveal the new menu. For a full immersive experience, head over to Mo Bistro’s branch in Garden 8, which will soon be rolled out across all the other branches around Cairo.
